Simple Solitaire ("the App") is made by Cloverbrook Games. This policy explains what information the App handles and how. In short: the App does not collect, store, or share any personal information about you.
The App does not require an account, sign-in, or any personal information to play. We do not:
The App stores your preferences locally on your device only — things like your chosen text size, whether music and sound effects are on, your selected card deck and color theme, and whether you've unlocked the premium content. This information never leaves your device and is not visible to us.
The App offers one optional one-time in-app purchase ("Unlock Everything"), processed entirely through Apple's App Store and our purchase infrastructure provider, RevenueCat. We never see or store your payment details — that information is handled by Apple. RevenueCat processes purchase and subscription-status data on our behalf to confirm what you've unlocked; you can review their privacy practices at revenuecat.com/privacy and Apple's at apple.com/legal/privacy.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, regardless of age, beyond what's described above.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a new effective date above.
