Contact & Response Time The developer can be reached at GladTrack.support@gmail.com, with a typical response window of a few business days.
No Account Required Sugar Tracker works entirely offline and stores everything locally on your device. There’s no sign-in, registration, or internet connection required to log food or see your progress.
Free Trial & Unlocking The App includes a 7-day free trial with full access to every feature. After the trial, a one-time $4.99 purchase unlocks the App forever — there’s no subscription and no recurring charge.
Restoring Your Purchase If you’ve already unlocked the App on another device, or after reinstalling, use “Restore Purchase” in Settings while signed in with the same Apple ID.
Logging Food You can log what you ate several ways:
Editing or Removing an Entry Swipe left on any item in “Logged Today” to Edit or Delete it.
Favorites & Quick Add Star any entry to pin it as a favorite for one-tap re-logging. Long-press a Quick Add item to remove it from favorites.
Home Screen Widgets Add the Sugar Tracker widget to your Home Screen to see today’s progress and log a favorite food without opening the App.
Apple Watch The companion Watch app shows your progress and lets you log food from your wrist.
Apple Health Turn on “Sync to Health” in Settings to have logged sugar written to Apple Health automatically. This is off by default.
Siri Say “Hey Siri, log sugar in Sugar Tracker” to log hands-free.
Daily Limit Set your daily sugar limit in Settings, or adjust it just for today by tapping the ring on the Today screen (if “same limit every day” is turned off). Not sure where to start? The setup step includes a “suggest one for me” helper that offers a starting-point estimate for an Everyday limit or Lower sugar approach, which you can fine-tune from there.
